Sarah Urbani understands what it takes to design beautiful but functional home interiors. She has designed and lived in 5 of her own homes in Perth, and is a mother of 2 children, so understands what it’s like to run a busy home and the importance of functional spaces and attention to detail.
Whether it is a kitchen, bathroom, alfresco, laundry design or an entire home, we can help design a beautiful interior for you. We don’t do cookie cutter designs or offer one particular design style, we are open to exploring new ideas and possibilities. Each project outcome is as unique as our clients.
We work closely with each client to ensure the best understanding of the design brief, and to achieve the best possible outcome.
We start with the floor plans, ensuring that they flow, considering how you are going to use each space. We then build computerised 3d visuals, and create a beautiful palette of finishes, colours and fittings.
We are driven by attention to detail and spend time ensuring that we produce thorough design drawings so that the builder has all of the information he needs before going on site.
Our 5 Step Process

We spend time together getting to know your project needs and gain an understanding of your ideas and vision for your home. We will run through the process and give you any advice on how to best achieve the project together.

We spend time researching ideas and inspirations, and get a clear focus before starting the design process. We visit the site, measure, draw floor plans, then use 3d modelling to present our design concept along with carefully selected finishes, fittings and lighting.

If required can take care of any planning approvals at Local Council.

A comprehensive set of plans is required for Building licence, accurate tender, and construction purposes. We are details driven and ensure that we have covered all plans and details required to bring the vision to life. The set plans generally include: floor plans, services/lighting plans, elevations, cabinetwork details & schedules

We can take care of the tender process with high quality Builders. Once a builder has been selected, we work with them to ensure they deliver your project on time, within budget and to a high standard of workmanship. During construction we are there to answer any questions the builder may have, iron out any issues that may arise, and finish with a final inspection of your beautiful home.
